"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

I downloaded your 8 sets of icons and plan on using them. I was wondering what free application you would recommend for packaging & implementing your icon set onto Windows Vista Home Premium?
Well, I do not understand anything of GUI customization in Windows but, I will find out and brief give you a more consistent response, okay? By the way, thanks for the faves!
